Congratulations to Jen Lynch!

Jen Lynch:

On the day of induction, besides the very warm welcome which pacified my fear, I was impressed with the organisation and preparation the College made for the course. I have gained hands-on knowledge and experience. It has made me job ready. Key2Learning has so many industry resources and alliances to do this.
The trainers were very supportive and understanding. The college conducted the studies in a comprehensive manner. I love the case studies and scenarios and team projects where I once again hands-on and real-life experience.
I have no hesitation to recommend Key2Learning to other people for their training experience.

I have had the pleasure of working with K2L for over 6 years. I found the training they provided staff contributed immensely to changing and improving the workplace culture. The training programs allowed flexibility for site specific needs and the educators were always professional and approachable during their delivery.

Nothing is too much trouble for the team at K2L and they always find a solution. Recently we commenced accepting students who need to complete their work placement. We have found the students to have received solid theoretical knowledge and awareness of what to expect in the workplace.

Assessors visit regularly to ensure students are completing their workload and then liaising with management to ensure students are performing to standard. I will continue to engage the services of K2L and would thoroughly recommend they be provided an opportunity to outline the services they provide and the benefits for the workplace.

Keep up the great work

My time here at Key 2 Learning College has been awesome! In the beginning it was difficult being away from home and in a new country. From the start of my course the staff were very cooperative and helpful. When I needed assistance with my homework my Trainer, Erin was always available to help me, give me feedback and guidance to complete my assessments. Erin is very understanding and compassionate.

Erin arranged work placements for me, helped me with updating my resume and gave me a reference for a job at Southern Cross Care – Campbell. I am proud to say that I got the job and am a Carer at their facility. During the COVID-19 crisis the Operations Manager, Alleyne assisted me to apply for funding by the Red Cross to help support pay my bills and buy food. I am very grateful to be studying at Key 2 Learning College.

Amanpreet Cert IV Ageing Support

My wife and I have both completed our Certificate III and Certificate IV with Key 2 Learning. While studying with Key 2 Learning, we gained a lot of valuable knowledge with support and guidance from highly experienced trainers. We were greeted with a friendly atmosphere during classes, queries were answered and explained thoroughly, and we appreciated the great feedback on our assessments. Key 2 Learning trainers and office staff are very friendly, experienced and professional.

Alleyne, I hope you know you have been one of the most influential and supportive teachers I've ever had.

Your ability to maintain a professional relationship with your students, while also managing to have fun and be a part of the close friendships we've made in your class is unmatched.

Thank you for the wonderful year and for helping to Kickstart to confidence I needed to really consider giving Uni another go.

You really made a positive impact on not only me, but the whole class. Thank you.

I am Apsara Bohara from Nepal, and I am delighted to share my testimonial regarding the GCEP Program.

Participating in the GCEP Program has been an incredible experience for me, both professionally and personally. The program has provided me with numerous opportunities to immerse myself in the Australian culture and gain a deeper understanding of the Australian way of life. The cultural experience has been invaluable, broadening my horizons and allowing me to appreciate the diversity and uniqueness of Australia.

One of the most rewarding aspects of the program has been the chance to connect and build friendships with fellow nurses from various countries. Interacting with individuals from different backgrounds has not only expanded my social network but has also enriched my perspective on healthcare practices and nursing techniques. The mutual exchange of experiences and knowledge among us has been truly remarkable.

Moreover, I have witnessed a significant improvement in my English language skills throughout the program. Effective communication is paramount in the nursing profession, and the opportunity to enhance my English proficiency will undoubtedly contribute to my future career growth. The program's emphasis on language development has empowered me to communicate more confidently with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.

In terms of skills enhancement, the GCEP Program has played a pivotal role in deepening my understanding of working in an aged care facility. The hands-on experience and comprehensive training have equipped me with the necessary skills to provide compassionate care to elderly patients. These skills will undoubtedly prove invaluable as I advance in my nursing career, and I am grateful for the opportunity to develop them.

Finally, I would like to highlight the tremendous impact the program has had on my personal growth and self-confidence. Moving to a new country and embracing new challenges has pushed me out of my comfort zone and enabled me to develop a more positive and proactive outlook on my future. The GCEP Program has been a catalyst for personal development, fostering resilience and adaptability that will continue to guide me throughout my professional journey.

Once again, I express my sincere gratitude for the GCEP Program and the opportunities it has provided me.
