Sharon Floate | Chief Executive Officer
Sharon has over 16 years in Business Transformation, Leadership and Strategic Consultancy. Sharon has a strong corporate training background as the Global Manager of Training and Organisational Change, for a substantial Energy and Resources firm, ensuring the critical delivery of training to a 45 000 person workforce situated in over 43 countries.
As a Consultant, Sharon has worked with blue-chip multi-nationals, government agencies and management consultancies on a variety of complex initiatives, including: cultural transformations; organisational change capability-building; mergers & acquisitions, offshoring; enterprise-wide systems implementations; organisational restructures; transition management. She has significant health and community services experience.
Sharon holds a Masters in Business Leadership (MBL, Curtin), a Graduate Diploma in Business (GradDipBus, Curtin), is a qualified Executive Coach (Accredited Meta-Coach, MCF) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner (NLP Prac., Australasian Institute of NLP)
Alleyne Forjanic | Operations and Compliance Manager, Trainer/Assessor, Consultant
Alleyne Forjanic provides consultation services and Vocational and Non-Vocational training and assessing in the area of community services, business and the aged care sectors. Alleyne has over 30 years’ experience working in the hospitality and retail industry and 20 years’ experience working in the Vocational Education Training sector as a Trainer and Assessor and RTO Manager. Alleyne also has expertise working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations and holds a Graduate Certificate in Adult Language, Literacy, and Numeracy Practice.
Erin Coates | Trainer/Assessor
Erin Coates has over 8 years of experience working in the Aged Care Industry and for Disability Support Services. She has operated in Residential Aged Care Facilities and as part of Home and Community Care. She has her Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate III in Disability Support, Certificate IV in Ageing Support and Certificate IV in Training and Assessing.
For 2 years, Erin organized and ran workshops targeting adults living with disabilities; engaging them in activities such as cooking and arts classes. Erin worked in residential aged care as a personal care worker, and she also worked as a home and community support worker for a combined time of over 6 years. She is very proud to have been her own grandfather’s personal carer for 3 years before he passed away. Erin says these experiences helped her appreciate the importance of high quality training and care, through the impact it can make on the lives of those around you.
Mark Byron | Course Coordinator, Trainer/Assessor
Mark has been a Vocational Education Trainer and Assessor in Aged Care and Disability for 15 years.
Mark is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years experience and knowledge in a variety of specialist nursing fields. He qualified as a Registered Nurse after completing his studies at Newcastle University. Mark then went on to complete a Graduate Diploma of Training and Assessment at Charles Sturt University enabling him to understand the needs of the Vocational Education and Training sector. Mark has predominantly worked in the Aged Care industry and has experience across all levels of the Aged Care sector, from management as a Deputy Director, Clinical Nurse Educator and Staff Supervisor to providing direct care of residents.
